IMPORTANT BACK-TO-SCHOOL REMINDER!
Is Your Child Ready for School?
Before students can return to school, all required immunizations must be up to date.
6th GRADE PARENTS — PLEASE TAKE NOTE!
Students entering 6th grade are required to have their Tdap vaccine before they can start school.
Please check your child’s immunization record and make sure all required vaccines are current. If your child
needs the Tdap or any other required immunizations, please schedule an appointment with your healthcare
provider as soon as possible.
Students who are not up to date on required immunizations may not be permitted to start school
until documentation is provided.
Please send updated immunization records to the school nurse as soon as possible.
